Terms

What you get, how billing works, and how to cancel.

Voxhill drafts replies to your public reviews in your voice and pages you when something is actually urgent. Here is what each tier includes, how the monthly and annual toggle affects the bill, what we expect from the draft-and-approve flow, and how to cancel — all written plainly.

Section 1

What you get on each tier.

Three tiers, each with a clear reviews-per-month quota and the list of channels the agent watches. Quotas and channel lists are baked into the plan you picked at signup.

Starter — $19 / month. Up to 200 reviews per month, watched across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and Tripadvisor. One workspace, one location, cancel any time.

Growth — $34 / month. Up to 600 reviews per month, watched across Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, plus industry-specific sources for your category. Per-location voice profiles for multi-spot owners.

Scale — $49 / month. Unlimited reviews per month, watched across Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, the industry sources, and every directory we integrate with — future ones included.

Section 2

How billing works.

Monthly or annual, paid through Stripe. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time from the dashboard.

Monthly.Billed the same calendar day each month, in advance, by Stripe as a recurring charge. The amount is the tier's headline price — $19, $34, or $49 / month — and you can switch tiers up or down at any time, with the next charge prorated by the dashboard.

Annual. Billed once for the full year — 12 × (monthly × 0.80), rounded to the nearest dollar. The card on file is charged the annual total up front; the badge on the pricing page says Billed annually · save 20%.

No contracts. Either billing mode is month-to-month on the engagement side. There is no minimum term and no early-cancel fee beyond the refund rules in Section 5.

No auto-renew surprises. Sticking with the same paid tier keeps charging the same day each month (or once a year, if you picked annual) — but only while your card is on file and the subscription is active. The next charge never fires unless the card on file still has the subscription, and cancelling before the next cycle stops the next charge. You will not see an auto-renew surprise on the bill.

Section 3

What you approve before anything goes live.

Every reply is a draft. Nothing leaves your accounts without your sign-off, and genuinely urgent reviews skip the draft step entirely — they get paged to you.

Drafts, never auto-send. For every new review the agent writes a one-tap draft in your voice and waits. You approve, edit, or discard it from your inbox; only then does it post back to the platform. The agent will never send a reply on your behalf without a tap.

Urgent reviews skip the draft. Reviews tagged urgent — a health concern, a safety issue, a legal threat, or a scam pattern — are NOT drafted at all. They are paged to you (phone + email) the moment they land, so you can respond yourself, on your own terms.

Section 4

Acceptable use of the draft-and-approve flow.

Use the drafts to reply to your own public reviews in your own voice. That is what the product is for; lines that fall outside that are not allowed.

Fine. Sentiment scoring on incoming reviews, voice-matched drafts in your tone, weekly sentiment and theme reports, and urgent paging for the four buckets in Section 3.

Not allowed. Replying to a profile you do not own or control; using the drafts to harass, threaten, or impersonate a reviewer or a third party; feeding the agent reviews, brand material, or voice samples you have no rights to; or attempting to reverse-engineer the routing or scoring model.

If the rules break. We may suspend the workspace while we look into it. The refund terms in Section 5 still apply — if we suspended you, the clock starts from the suspension date for any refund you would otherwise be owed.

Section 5

Cancellation and refunds.

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Billing ends at the end of the current paid period, and there is a 30-day change-of-mind window on every new subscription.

How to cancel. Open the dashboard, go to Billing, and hit Cancel. Monthly subscribers keep access through the end of the calendar month they paid for; annual subscribers keep access through the end of the annual term they paid for.

30-day change-of-mind window. Within the first 30 days of a new subscription — monthly or annual — we refund the full amount you paid if you change your mind. One email to voxhill@polsia.app is enough; we do the rest.

After the 30-day window. Monthly subscriptions are not refundable for partial months once the 30 days have passed. Annual subscriptions are not refundable for unused months after the 30-day window, except where local law requires it.

Consumer rights. These terms do not affect any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live or where your business operates.

Section 6

What we do with your data, the short version.

The headlines, in case you only have thirty seconds.

Four rules a buyer deserves to know before paying: your reviews and drafts are never sold; they are never enriched with outside data behind your back; they are never shared with ad networks, lookalike-audience builders, or anyone else's marketing list; and one email to the address below gets you a full export or a full deletion — no support tier, no waitlist.

The full version — what we collect, what we do with it, the hard list of things we never do, who else handles the data, and how long it stays — is on the Read our privacy → page.

Section 7

What we don't promise about the platforms you connected.

Voxhill is not Google, Yelp, Facebook, Tripadvisor, or Nextdoor.

Reviews come from those platforms and live on those platforms. We only read and post through the manager login you connected. That means a review can disappear because the platform deleted it, because the reviewer edited it, because a platform policy changed, or because the platform itself went down — none of that is something we can guarantee, refund, or fix from inside Voxhill.

If a platform's terms, policies, or uptime matter to your business — and they normally do — that's between you and the platform. Keeping that login healthy (password current, two-factor on, the connected profile still yours) stays your responsibility, and Voxhill cannot recover the connection from the platform side.

Section 8

The person to talk to.

A question about the bill, a refund request, or a clause that should not be on here — one email is enough.

Voxhill is operated by a single owner. Reach out directly at voxhill@polsia.app. That is the same address you'll find in the footer under Contact.
